Exchanges & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only accept returns of items in new, unworn and unwashed condition within 14 days from the day you received your order. Items must have tags attached to be returnable, and please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Auê is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return, this amount will be deductible from your refund. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Refunds
Auê will notify you upon the arrival of the returned item. If the return is accepted, the refund will be approved, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-5 business days.
