I WANT SOMETHING THAT IT'S SOLD OUT, WILL THIS ITEM BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

We believe every print has its own time. We don't have restocks and prints are available in limited quantities. Usually 10 items or less are made with the same pattern. New releases every two to three months. Stay tuned!!!

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 nationwide. For orders under $150 the shipping costs will be added during the checkout. Orders might take up to 2 business days to be shipped, and we estimate you will receive it within 5-7 business days from the day we have posted it. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

For international shipping the delivery time is based on the size of package, shipping mode, and can vary according to customs policies and trade efficiency of each country. Delivery can take anywhere from 6 days to 6 weeks.

 

CAN I CHANGE ITEMS ON AN EXISTING ORDER?

If you get in touch with us prior to your order having been shipped out we're more than happy to help you out. Please use our contact form if you would like to make any changes to your order.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Please use our contact form for any exchange request within 14 days from the day you received your order. Exchange requests will be fulfilled depending on stock availability, and we only accept items in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. Please be aware we do not cover shipping charges that may occur from an exchange.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To start a return, please use our contact form.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns of items in new, unworn and unwashed condition within 14 days from the day you received your order. Items must have tags attached to be returnable, and please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Auê is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return, this amount will be deductible from your refund. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. .  

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Exceptions / non-returnable items

- Refunds
Auê will notify you upon the arrival of the returned item. If the return is accepted, the refund will be approved, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-5 business days.
