 Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will only accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with tags attached. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Pieces with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, without tags or damaged 
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To start a return,  please send an email with order number and details of the return to: contact@aueclothing.com


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email, as well all the instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only accept returns of items in new, unworn and unwashed condition and with tags attached. Please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only, Auê is not responsible for any return costs or any lost or stolen items while in transit. Note that it is always necessary for us to have received the returned order prior to processing a refund. 

- Refunds
We will notify you upon the arrival of the returned item. If the return is accepted, the refund will be approved, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-5 business days.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To start an exchange,  please send an email with order number and details to: contact@aueclothing.com 

 For another size of the same item you can return it and once we receive we'll send the new item to the original shipping address. Please notify us by email before returning any items, so we can confirm stock availability.
For a different item, you can of course place a new order and return the original purchase for a full refund. Please note we're note responsible for shipping costs of any exchanges as well any lost or stolen items while in transit. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Exchange requests will be fulfilled depending on stock availability, and we only accept items in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. 
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
 
CAN I CHANGE ITEMS IN AN EXISTING ORDER?
If you get in touch with us prior to your order have been shipped out we're more than happy to help you out.  If you would like to make any changes to your order please send an email with order number and details to: contact@aueclothing.com
